Downloadable Products

All sales of downloadable digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the product has been successfully downloaded. This policy is in place because digital products are intangible goods that cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.

Non-Downloadable Digital Products

For digital products that are not immediately downloadable, such as online courses or services that are delivered over time, we offer a limited refund policy.
